Whatever God Commands

You have to be willing to surrender what you had in mind in order to be open for what God commands.
Psalm 133:1-3
"Behold, how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! ...for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for ever more."
Behold in this text indicates God wants you to be focused and alert.
Just because we are kin doesn't mean we are connected.
It's difficult to find people secure enough in themselves to accept, support and reflect you in such a way so that your insecurities are diminished.
They have to be secure enough to compliment you.
Your gifted is your normal.
If you don't surround yourself with an inner circle of people who are comfortable enough to reaffirm what God has done in your life, you'll always wonder if you're enough.
Do not confuse unity with conformity. Unity is impactful.
Without individual sacrifice, there is no unity.
Unity is something that God respects and moves upon in a powerful way.
There has to be a certain amount of willingness to give up your individuality for the greater good of connectivity.
Some are so intent on being an individual that they never learn the power of a group.
You're going to need someone eventually.
Isolation is more deadly than cigarettes. Our society is becoming increasingly isolated - ex: iPad's don't teach kids how to connect and engage organically. Prevents them from naturally getting along with people.
In order to have unity, sometimes you have to give up what you had in mind.
If you're going to pay the price for unity, it has to be valuable.
Matthew 18:20
"If two or three are gathered together in my name... it shall be done."
You might have too many people connected to you - check your circle.
There's nothing impossible when you are unified.
We've been trained that winning is more important than being effective.
The real essence of a church is God. God is the only one that is eternal and everlasting.
Anything built on a person will come down.
Ephesians 2:21
"In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord."
The temple is YOU. You are the church. God inhabits the praises of His people.
Whenever we get together and unify, things begin to happen. It's on us to bring our minds into one accord to truly focus.
Satan wants to divide, distract and worry us - he knows that if we ever got on one accord, every demonic attack would have to flee.
The enemy is afraid of unity and peace - Something that is hard to achieve because we are so egotistical as a people.
Give up your ego to receive a move from God.
Ephesians 2:22
"In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit"
Unity brings the oil. We have too many agendas.
When an anointing is real, you will know. It has a distinct smell.
When the anointing falls on you, it changes everything. The oil will accelerate.
There's no need for you to jealous of anybody, just get into place. God has something for you. Get back in alignment. The oil is headed your way, don't give up.
Psalm 133:3
"As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion.."
This is the mountain where God moves. Once you get in the flow, God will move.
"...for there the LORD commanded the blessing."
Whatever God commands, that's what's going to happen in your life. It will be done.
Isaiah 40:31
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.."
David was anointed three times - you can be assigned and still not know how to do what you're called to do.
It's not about leading people, it's about getting yourself together.
David was willing to do whatever it takes to have God's presence. The only thing I MUST HAVE is God's presence.
He kept on going until he got it right.
God commanded David - The key of David was his praise.
David bypassed every struggle with a praise. Moses had to do everything right to get in, David knew all he had to do to enter in his gates was with thanksgiving.
He had a key.
Use your key to unlock a door. You have the key of David - whatever God commands will come. It must come.
Closing Prayer:
"I surrender to unity. I will curve to fit into where you want me to be. I will trust you to set me in the place where I fit jointly to be a habitation unto the Lord. Whatever it takes, I just want your spirit to fall fresh on me.
Whatever you command, whatever you say I have to do, Lord, whatever you're doing on this Earth, don't do it without me."
