God said, "Stay on track."

Don't deviate, procrastinate or become frustrated.

All you have to do to win this battle is stay on track.

There are moments that try the human soul to the point where we want to just walk away.

Discouragement can creep in secretly. It's so bold that it will even hide behind a smile.

Makes you wonder if you're ever going to get out of your current situation.

What's particularly painful in the life of the believer is seeing the wicked go forward while the righteous are held back.

Being in close proximity to their victories while all hell has broken loose in your life.

Psalm 37:1-2

David says, "Fret not thyself over evil doers and how they prosper in their own way. They shall soon be cut off."

Don't make a permanent decision over a temporary circumstance.

Don't allow a moment of agony to make you draw a conclusion about life prematurely.

Keep walking with God - He has a way of making everything alright.

Psalm 37:23

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.

Steps implies there's a process. Means it's going to take a while.

It's a painful thing to be a visionary because we see what shall be and wake up to deal with what is.

We are often tormented by vision.

Proverbs 13:12

Hope differed makes the heart sick, but longing a fulfilled is a tree of life.

There are moments where we'd rather not know because it makes us want to hasten the process to get to our destiny. To reach an expected end.

A blessing given too soon is not a blessing at all.

You can give your adult son car keys but, if given to a five-year-old, it wouldn't have been a blessing because he can't handle it.

Giving him a good thing too soon isn't a good thing.

Sometimes His goodness is proven by His ability to say, "Not yet."

If we get what is what its ours too soon, we cannot handle it.

The same thing that should make us praise the Father, will be the same thing that drives us away from Him if we get it too soon.

Luke 15:12

"Give me the portion of goods fallen to me." - The blessing His father gave him drove Him over the edge.

Ordered steps helps me understand that I'm not wandering aimlessly. That there's a path for me to take - I'm not making this up as I go.

He's preparing you for the blessing. The blessing is already prepared.

1 Corinthians 2:9 No eye has seen, no ear has heard and no human mind can conceive the things God has prepared for those who love Him.

Your blessing is already ready and in place. It's already done.

The work has to be applied to you so you can handle what you need to when you get there.

Even Jesus had steps.

They tried to crown Him too soon. Couldn't be crowned before he was crossed.

It is the cross that makes the crown.

It is my poverty that illuminates my prosperity - makes me appreciate where I am right now.

Praise Him on the steps, don't wait till everything is in order.

Not there yet, but when you see my praising God, know I'm praising Him on the steps.

Philippians 3:13-14

Forgetting that which is behind me, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Don't give up on the steps.

Energy is measured by motion. That's why the devil wants you to sit down, be quiet and feel sorry for yourself.

Just when he thinks he has you down, press forward!

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.

He ordered you to go up the stairs, wouldn't let you bypass the steps.

It wasn't time yet.

Didn't intend for you to go up the elevator - knew you if you got there too fast you wouldn't be ready for it.

When it's time, it's going to happen.

When it's time, it's going to come to pass.

In the meantime, what do I do?

While you wait to reach your destination, the only thing you have to worry about is staying on track.

The Lord knows the way that you take. You shall come forth as pure gold.

You're right on track.

Thank God for the present because He ordered this step.

A Prayer for You - "Don't give me more than I can handle. Teach me patience with the process."
