Submit your will to God's.

Stumbled into ministry - started a blog, at a time when life was shifting.

We've been conditioned to think that ministry looks a certain way.

A limitless existence requires surrendering.

Ask yourself, "What's possible if you're willing to partner with God?"

Much of what we think is possible comes from a pattern; ready for us to fit this mold.

We have conformed to this world without realizing it.

Need to start questioning whether or not we're feeding others expectations instead of God's.

Romans 12:2

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

You've been called to be what God designed you to be.

They don't know the cost of the oil.

Continue to be a vessel and a tool in God's hand for this generation.

Anchor yourself in your identity.

Don't be scared to mess it up: feeling not qualified, too much, too vulnerable, etc.

In the spotlight so it adds the pressure. Shine anyway.

Requires you to constantly confront the insecurities and trauma experienced - being open to rejection, criticism.

It's human nature that there will be lessons connected to it - doing this with an audience often makes you want to hide.

This is about not letting unworthiness creep in.

Learn to not make your calling about you.

Being overly critical doesn't help.

"Think about the people your voice can reach."

This is holy work. It's sacred work.

What is required of you to partner with God to change the world for the better?

The goal is to feel holy and pure enough to do it; not worthy.

Trust that you've done the work on the inside that allows God to flow through you.

A life of transforming others and what it costs.

Showing up in spaces to represent the Kingdom.

Can you withstand the public pressure and opinions?

Reluctant leadership has a lot to do with not trusting your own strength.

God knows things about our spiritual muscles that we don't.

  • It's like a personal trainer giving you added weight.

  • "10's is where I thrive." "But you need 20lb." - God

Luke 12:48

To whom much is given, much is required.

Surrendering is being willing to let go of certain outcomes.

Going from one level to the next happens through vulnerability.

Move with defiance, boldness and courage.

Acknowledge that you're nervous and don't feel prepared - but you're still doing it anyway.

2 Timothy 1:7

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.

"Just because I don't know if I'm qualified, doesn't mean I'm not going to do everything I can to become qualified."

God is calling you to a space of really trusting Him and what He's shown you about yourself.

Often easier to believe negative things about yourself than to believe the good.

God will affirm you.

Most of the time we're not trusting the way we need to.

It's about not letting distrust keep you from moving from a place of obedience.

God wants to show you His character and yours.

Expectations have been lowered as a form of protection.

Beating ourselves to the punch. Easier to trust the negativity.

Redefining what protection is. Love and goodness. It's not performance, it's just being.

God is a God of order.

Family, ministry and faith is the seed that my purpose must be grounded in. If these things are not well, then purpose will be not well.

Planting the seed properly.

Resetting philosophies that have been passed down.

"Breaking generational curses" - what's the actual cause of this issue?

Demonstrating another way of being is curse-breaking.

Allow yourself to rest in a new way of living and loving for yourself - it's enough to influence the people who are watching you to see another path.

You can maintain authenticity in every stage of your life. It's not necessarily consistency but giving yourself permission to be where you are and who you are at any given moment.

What's from the heart reaches the heart.

Want others to live open heartedly because of something they see you say or do.

"Pray for me. It's stressful."

Going back and forth between feeling the weight of it.

The real weight is how do I say something about God that doesn't make them feel judgment before love. How do I make the love of Jesus so undeniable that transformation feels organic?

There's a strong desire to make it make sense to this generation.

God has trusted you with influence and a platform.

He has chosen you for such a time as this.

Continue to say yes to the call.

"Do it afraid." 🤍
